Artistry in Glass President, John Wakefield receives Better Business Bureau Ethics Award from veteran Arizona Congressman, Jim Kolbe (right).
I have known John Wakefield, the President of Artistry in Glass, since 1992 when he became a member of the Tucson Business Alliance, a group of business owners and professionals who meet weekly to discuss leads and related matters.
John and his company have always exhibited the highest ethical and professional standards in our dealings with him and his company. I cannot think of a more deserving company than Artistry in Glass as the recipient of the BBB Ethics Award in Tucson.

John. Your shelf site looks great. Very straightforward and easy to understand. It's true that too many choices can be overwhelming. I always feel that way in the fastener isle of Home Depot. All I want is a few screws and they give me 10,000 choices.....

Note from shelfsupports.net: Patrick is co-author with Sarah Horton of "Web Style Guide" (3rd Edition) - in my opinion the "bible" of website design.

We received the shelf supports yesterday and they were installed last night and are fantastic.
Thank you both as it was a pleasure working with your company.
Sincerely, Jackie Loafman, Houston TX

Thanks, John. The brackets arrived yesterday and are perfect. Even better that you're 'local'!

John, normally I would not send a thank you note for something I ordered, but I was so impressed with
you efficiency and follow-up to my first order, that I just had to say thank you. The four sets of shelf
brackets were great and I appreciate your help and look forward to ordering again, The service and
shipping were excellent,
Bob Helmsing, Eli Lilly and Company

Thanks John. I'll keep you in mind for all future needs, including family friend and associates.
